Daily plan
Arrival at the farm and meeting with the owner Matteo, a truffle hunter for generations, who over a good coffee will show us the day’s program and the itinerary to follow.
Departure on foot towards the natural truffle grounds. During the walk Matteo, accompanied by his dogs, will tell us the secrets of the precious tuber and finally in the woods we will actively participate in the excavation of the truffle by working with a spade with Matteo.
The walk takes about two hours and upon returning, in front of a beautiful fireplace or if the day allows it out in the sun, we will be able to taste a lunch based on truffles and farm products , accompanied by one of the excellent wines from organic farms nearby.
In the end, the only problem will be that we will never want to leave this paradise =)
