Cooking lesson with dinner in the Tuscan countryside: in Cristiana’s kitchen, an authentic 18th century Tuscan farmhouse, we will discover the secrets of traditional Tuscan home cooking.
It starts with the choice of ingredients, the collection of spices from the farm’s lawns and the vegetables from the garden. Then Cristiana will teach us to prepare Tuscan appetizers, a first course and a side dish. Finally the dessert, also one of the most typical in our tradition.
The duration of the activity is about 4 hours, including dinner with the recipes cooked with Cristiana: a great way to discover the cuisine but also the local culture.

As a child I was delighted to observe Poldo, my aunt’s cook who, in the large kitchen, moved like a ballet between the stoves of an old wood stove. His dexterity, the aromas of the dishes mixed with the acrid smoke of the fire remained in the heart and mind so much that I became passionate in the re-propose those traditional Tuscan dishes, genuine and rich in flavors.
